 Put your skills to use in this coed performance based program of stand up paddling drills over 8 weeks. 
Designed to get your heart pumping as you paddle further, turn faster, and increase your speed while using the techniques learned in previous programs.
PREREQUISITE: Completed Any of the following: SUP 2.0, SUP Immersion, Race Ready or SUP Sisters.
if you are taking them at the same time that is ok*
Must be able to get back on your board without assistance.
Understanding of advanced turns ( cross bow and pivot)
Ability to paddle 4km within 60 minutesYou must be able to get back on your board UNASSISTED.
No exceptions this program is NOT for inexperienced paddlers.
If you have your own board, contact for BYOB option
8 weeks- last class is August 28th. September is used for make up as required.
